DOSSHAUS is the creative partnership of Zoey Taylor and David Connelly. The two work collaboratively on all aspects of creation - from initial concept and design to construction and painting.
The House of Cardboard is an ongoing installation project. Every object in the House of Cardboard is a sculpture made entirely of cardboard, paint, & glue. Each installation is an entire room in the House, centered around a specific theme.
The sculptures are compose of over 90% recycled cardboard sourced from alleyways around Los Angeles, CA. The only materials used are cardboard, paint & glue. All cardboard was cut and shaped by hand.
Our inspiration is simple, we are building the world in which we wish to live.
